Senior Men's Golf Association

The Senior Men's Golf Association (SMGA) consists of senior golfers who have attained a minimum 50 years of age. SMGA members participates in a series of interclub matches against regional golf and country clubs.

Each event is formatted of 18-hole match play, better ball of two-man teams. One point is allocated to the winner of each nine holes; and one point to the overall winner. Lunch and personal achievement awards typically follow each match.

Home Match Cost
Participants will be charged one cart fee only, plus the cost of two lunches (includes guest of opposing club).

Away Match Cost
Participants will be charged one cart fee only. Lunch and green fees are provided by the opposing club.

To participate, you must be a member of the SMGA. Dues are $25.00 per year. You must sign up in advance to participate in a particular match.

SMGA Event Calendar
SMGA events are normally scheduled for Tuesdays and Thursday, with shotgun starts beginning at 9:00 a.m. or 9:30 a.m. depending on the host club.
